The detailed steps of TFT thinning powder used in the thinning treatment process of TFT glass substrate are as follows: (1) TFT glass substrate appearance inspection, TFT glass substrate is sealed with UV glue on all sides, UV glue is cured with UV curing machine, and the edge overflow is cleaned And removal.
